Merchant can allow customers to leave reviews and ratings for their order on the tracking page. This feature provides merchants with valuable feedback from customers and enables customers to share their experiences, opinions, and feedback, helping other potential customers make informed purchasing decisions.

Step-by-step guide

    Click on Tracking page tab on the left navigation bar, go to Configuration, and choose Review

    Write your questions or set up the reason tags to show on your tracking page

    If you want to display reviews from other customers, click to Enable the Display Review section
