# Custom Status Updates

1. Click on the **Tracking page** tab on the left navigation bar, go to **Configuration**, and choose **Custom Status**

2. Enter a name or label for the custom status, such as "Out for Delivery," "Backordered," or "Delivered to Neighbor."

Optionally, you can choose an icon or color to differentiate the custom status from other statuses.

3. Save your custom status.
