Custom Status Updates

With custom status, you can create unique statuses that align with your specific order fulfillment process or business requirements. Here's how you can use custom status in Omega:

  1. Click on the Tracking page tab on the left navigation bar, go to Configuration, and choose Custom Status

  1. Enter a name or label for the custom status, such as "Out for Delivery," "Backordered," or "Delivered to Neighbor."

Optionally, you can choose an icon or color to differentiate the custom status from other statuses.

  1. Save your custom status.
