Update Pending Statuses

When shipments are tagged with a "Pending" status and queued for tracking in batches. Omega automatically retrieves tracking information from carriers every 5 hours to provide updated status updates.

If you see a "Pending" status for a prolonged period, it means the carrier has not provided any delivery information for the tracking number. Please double-check the accuracy of the tracking number and contact the carrier if needed or contact us to priortize the shipments in queue. Omega will continue tracking the shipment until the carrier updates their server.

If the carrier does not provide any tracking information updates for over 30 days, the "Pending" status will change to "Expired," and Omega will stop tracking the shipment. This ensures you have the most current shipment status information, while also managing cases where tracking information is not available from the carrier.
