How order tracking works

The general order tracking process involves the following steps and interactions between the customer, merchant, and the order tracking app
Order Placement
Customers place orders through your Shopify store
Order Creation
The app will receive data from Shopify. Once the order is created it will be updated to our system but under order with no tracking number. After it's marked as fulfilled and has a tracking number provided by a Supported courier (fulfillment partner), it will be synced to our system accordingly and it can be tracked on the tracking page with detailed information.
Real-Time Order Tracking
The app's visual dashboard allows merchants to track the progress of their orders in real-time. This could include color-coded indicators to represent different order statuses, such as "pending," "in progress," and "fulfilled," making it easy to identify the status of each order at a glance
